2. Eligibility

  • If you are registering as a business entity, you represent that you are authorized to bind that entity.
  • We deliver products only within India.

We reserve the right to refuse access or terminate accounts if we find users ineligible or non-compliant.

  • If payment is processed and the order is cancelled, the amount will be refunded.

5. Out of Stock

If a product becomes unavailable or out of stock, we reserve the right to cancel the order.
A full refund will be issued for cancelled orders.

6. Product Information, Images & Specifications

Product specifications, features, and images on the website are for identification purposes only.
As manufacturers may change product details, Navkar Collections is not liable for discrepancies between the listed information and the received product.
Customers should refer to manufacturer websites for precise details.

7. Cancellation by Customer

  • If the customer requests cancellation before processing/approval, a full refund will be issued.
  • If cancelled after processing, a 2% cancellation fee may apply.
  • Custom orders cannot be cancelled after processing, but yet to be dispatched.
  • Orders cannot be cancelled after dispatch.
  • Goods once sold cannot be returned or exchanged, except as per applicable law.

8. RMA / Replacement for Online Customers

If a product is received as faulty, the customer must inform us within 7 days of delivery.

  • If reported within 7 days, we will arrange pickup and replacement.
  • Customers may also approach brand service centres directly.
  • For Warranty/Service related queries, customer need to approach brand service centre’s directly.

9. Payment & Credit Card Details

You must use your own valid credit card or payment method.

We do not store or share your payment information except as required by law.

We are not responsible for losses arising from fraudulent payment transactions made using your credentials.

10. Fraudulent Transactions

We may take legal action and recover damages, including lawyer fees, for any fraudulent use of the website.

11. Electronic Communication

By using the Site or emailing us, you consent to receive communications electronically. All agreements, notices, and communications provided electronically satisfy legal requirements.

12. Your Obligations

You agree:

  • To provide accurate delivery information.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.

Arbitration, if required, will be conducted in Mumbai under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, and the arbitrator will be appointed by Navkar Collections.

All comments, reviews, ideas, or submissions provided to brandsonclick.com become our property.
