At Brandsonclick, we aim to provide you with a smooth, fast, and reliable shopping experience. This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how your orders are processed, shipped, and delivered.
1. Domestic Shipping (Within India)
1.1 Shipping Partners
All domestic orders are shipped through trusted and registered courier partners and/or Speed Post.
1.2 Processing Time
- Most of orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours.
- Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays.
- During high order volume or sale periods, processing may take slightly longer. If there is a significant delay, we will inform you via email or phone.
1.3 Delivery Time
- Standard Delivery: 2-5 business days.
1.4 Delivery Address
· Orders are delivered only to the shipping address provided at checkout.
· We cannot redirect orders once dispatched.
· The billing address and the shipping address can be different.
· For orders to be shipped at multiple addresses, you need to place multiple different orders.
2. Shipping Charges
2.1 Free Shipping
Currently, we offer Free Shipping on domestic orders above Rs. 499/-
3. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped:
- You will receive a shipment confirmation email/SMS with a tracking number.
- Tracking information becomes active within 24 hours of dispatch.
- You can track your order on the courier partner's website.
4. International Shipping
At present, Brandsonclick ships only within India.
International deliveries are not available.
5. Restricted Locations / Regulatory Conditions
Certain products may be restricted for delivery to specific locations due to:
- Government regulations
- Courier service limitations
If your order cannot be delivered due to such restrictions, we will notify you and issue a refund if required.
6. Service Delivery (For Digital or Service-Based Orders)
If you purchase any service offered on our platform:
- Delivery/activation details will be sent to your registered email ID.
7. Returns & Refunds
All returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.
- Only unused, undamaged products with original packaging are eligible for return.
- Refunds are processed after inspection of the returned product.
8. Limitation of Liability
Brandsonclick will not be responsible for:
- Delivery delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
- Indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our platform or services.
Our maximum liability is limited to the value of the product purchased.

Any changes will be updated on this page, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
10. Governing Law
This policy shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Mumbai courts.
