The Masterpiece Grande collection is the product of their skill, experience, and passion for handcrafted detail. The Grande does not compromise on size or quality. The generous, cigar-shaped barrel is manufactured from high-grade methacrylate in a variety of eye-catching finishes. If you’ve been to a water garden or koi pond, then I’d bet you’ve been entranced by the peaceful patterns painted onto these jeweled fish. The way light glitters on their bright scales would make anyone pause for a moment of reflection. Koi fish have their fair share of mythology and symbolism surrounding them which has brought us to associate them with longevity, strength, success, prosperity, harmony, and happiness. The Penlux Masterpiece Grande Koi Red and Black was inspired by these peaceful beings, with a translucent, varied design that is reminiscent of scales going through the entire body, cap, and section. Let the Koi Red and Black bring you tranquility to pursue your own success, harmony, and happiness. Around the lip of the screw-on cap, a thin, ridged metal band bears the Penlux logo. A tapered, tension-fixed wheel clip allows secure attachment to a pocket or pen loop. Fill up the Masterpiece Grande with a large volume of ink using the built-in piston-filling mechanism (bottled ink only). The stainless steel #6 nib (made by Jowo, Germany) provides a reliable, quality writing experience from day one.
